Uma Bharti Says Congress Benefited from Mahatma Gandhi Death, Supreme Court considers Re-examination

IndiaNewsonWeb: 13 Oct, 2017, Prior to the Gujarat assembly elections, Union Minister and BJP leader Uma Bharti has given a big statement. She said that with the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi, Congress benefited the most, while the highest damage to RSS was done.

Agitated leader Uma Bharti said, "Mahatma Gandhi had announced the dissolution of the Congress after the independence and the formation of a new political organization. I want to ask the public and the media today that tell me the biggest benefit of the killing of Gandhi? We went to jail, banned us and we are still suffering. The country has suffered a lot, the Sangha and the Jana Sangh have suffered a lot. The Mahatma Gandhi's assassination gave the Congress the most benefit. '

Supreme Court considers re-examination

In reply to questions asked by Uma Bharati, the remarks made by the Supreme Court to investigate the possibility of re-examination of the Gandhi assassination. Just a few days before the court, senior lawyer Amaranth Sharan has appointed Justice-friend to consider re-examination of the investigation. It is known that on January 30, 1948, Nathuram Godse shot Mahatma Gandhi in Delhi and killed him.


During 'Gujarat Gaurav Yatra' at Banaskantha in Gujarat, Uma addressed the media on Thursday. Uma Bharti participated in this trip being taken by the BJP to mobilize mass support before the Gujarat assembly elections.
