IndiaNewsonWeb: 23 Oct, 2017, Bharatiya Janata Party & Congress has released a list of all the 68 candidates for Himachal assembly elections. After discussions on long churning, consensus-disagreement, BJP has launched 16 new faces in the field for the mission 50 Plus.

Before releasing a list signed by Union Health Minister and Central Election Committee Secretary Jagat Prakash Nadda, Nadda also discussed with senior leader Shanti Kumar Palampur and former Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal in Sujanpur. The party has cut tickets of four MLAs, while six women have been fielded. There are two retired IAS officers in these candidates, but have expressed confidence in the 20 faces lost in the last elections.

Since the leaders who had contested before this list had been made informed by phone, then two BJP legislators, Mahendra Singh Thakur and Vijay Agnihotri have already filled the nominations. State BJP president Satpal Singh Satti said that candidates were selected from names that appeared on the basis of the survey. After getting ticket for the assembly elections, BJP candidates will file nomination papers on Friday after celebrating Diwali.

In many seats, leaders did not get the call after confusion created the situation, but now everything has become clean. The BJP has changed the former Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal from the assembly constituency Hamirpur to Sujhanpur, while the ticket of MP Shanta Kumar has cut his loyalist Praveen Sharma's ticket. From there, now the State Women's Commission's former President Indu Goswami will contest the election. There are 16 such faces in the assembly elections that will contest the first time on the BJP ticket.

Four MLAs cut the ticket

The BJP has been twice aspirant from Bilaspur's Jhanduti, MLA Rikhiyam Kundal, two times MLA from Chamba, BK Chauhan MLA, Arbee's two MLAs Gobind Ram Sharma and Former Education Minister Id Dhiman and son of MLA from Bhoranj of Hamirpur. Anil Dhiman's ticket has been discontinued. Trust in six women Sarveen Chaudhary is the BJP's sole female MLA in the 12th Assembly.

This time six women have been fielded. In the name of Renu Chadha, Vinod Kumari Chandel, Sheela Devi, who contested the 2012 election, did not consider the names of Indu Goswami to Palampur, Shashi Bala to Rohdu, Vijay Jyoti Sen to Kamsundi, Sarveen Chaudhary to Shahpur, Kamlesh Kumari to Bhoranj and Rita Dhiman. Landed from Indora

Rajendra Rana, a Dhumal disciple in politics, has also announced 23 Akbar to fill the nomination papers. Although the Congress party has not yet released its list of party candidates, Rajendra Rana is fully convinced about the ticket from Sujanpur Congress.

There are 68 assembly seats in Himachal Pradesh, where on November 9, the votes will be cast. Counting of votes will be on December 18.

To defeat the ruling Congress in the Himachal Pradesh electoral field, the BJP high command has announced its candidates after the deliberations.

This time elections in Himachal Pradesh are going to be interesting. The Congress has made the current Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh the CM candidate who has been accused of corruption. At the same time, the BJP has not declared CM candidate yet.

In the 2012 assembly elections, Congress won 36 of the state's 68 seats. BJP has 26 seats while others have 6 seats in the account. In 2014 Lok Sabha elections the BJP had captured all the four seats.
